VEGAS Pro 23

    Hello everyone, first of all I wish everyone a beautiful and healthy 2026. Voukoder Pro is new to me. Is there a YouTube video showing how Voukoder Pro works? I work with Vegas Pro 23. Thank you in advance for your answers

    My Voukoder is also not visible in VP23. I uninstaled old VP20 and old Voukoder and also old connector. I instaled new Voukoder Pro and FF mpeg 8 GLP. In VP23 I checked all formats and no Voukoder is visible as on pics. Please what can I do to make it work?

    I'm getting really confused! Is Voukoder Pro 2026 and Vegas Pro 23 a supported combination? Has anybody got that to work?

    Until recently, I was happily using Voukoder Pro 2 and Vegas Pro 19 --- it worked great from the get-go :thumbup:. I then upgraded to Voukoder Pro 2026 and got the dreaded "not showing up as an available option on the Render screen" issue. I tried everything: uninstalling everything, cleaning out the registry, multiple reboots, etc etc but all to no avail. The only option was to go back to version 2.

    Now I've upgraded to Vegas Pro 23 and I've got exactly the same problem with Voukoder Pro 2026. But now I'm in a worse situation, because Voukoder Pro 2 and VP23 is not a supported combination.

    I've done all the usual tests in VP23: the dll is loaded, the Designer works as expected, I've created and saved a Scene, I've run the Tests in the Designer etc.

    Now what do I do? Go back to VP19 and Voukoder 2 or abandon Voukoder and continue with VP23. Neither choice is very good.. :(;(

    I was having this issue at the very beginning with VEGAS Pro 17 or 18 ... it suddenly stopped working. The only way I got this working again was reinstalling windows.. reinstalling VEGAS was not enough.

    I was having my code checked by the VEGAS developers last year and they said everything looks good, they didn't see any issues.

    So in my opinion it's VEGAS fault. Sometimes changing the region settings also seemed to help. Are you at English (USA)?

    It didn't make any difference..but the good news is that it is now working :thumbup:8). I started looking through Vegas log files in C:\users\<me>\appdata\local\vegas pro\23.0 and the fileio_x64.log looked interesting because there was no entry for voukoder in it but the Help...About...Components always reported the dll as there.

    So I went ahead and deleted everything do to with Vegas in appdata\local, started VP23 and now its it that log file! I guess I had some caching related thing going on there --- possibly when I went from a trial version of VP23 with its very limited number of renders to the full version by only entering my VP23 registration key.

    I will now go back and see if this was same issue with VP19 and Voukoder Pro 2016....

    I have VP19 and VP23 installed on the same machine and have Voukoder Pro 2026 installed to both VP versions.

    • the VP23 + Voukoder is working normally
    • the VP19 + Voukoder is not working and is not shown as a Render but does show the dll in the About....Component list, but does not appear in the appdata/local/vegas pro/19.0/fileio_x64.log file. This is listed below --- in 2 parts due to 10,000 char limit:
