Apparently no single log is created. Please open the Designer App on your Desktop. Open the scene you want to use in After Effects Run the Scene Test with like 10 iterations. Copy the generated log file here.

Yes, if you want to get a certain video size it's a good reason. I'll put it on my list.

Technically it's possible, but i didn't implement it yet as it slows down the overall encoding process and there are much better rate control algorithms available (i.e. CFR). What do you need it for?

The scene graph looks weird when recreating your settings. I'll investigate this ...

Most importantly is you follow the installation steps exactly as i have written. To help you I need to know exactly the versions and steps you have done. Can you start the Designer App? Do you see all encoders there? Can you perform a scene test?

Please ask the developer of the GTA5 plugin. "Voukoder" is not in development and not supported anymore

Please attach an exported scene file where you have specified these filters with their arguments. It is also good to perform a scene test. You'll get the log right away with it.

Premiere Elements is currently not supported or even tested. But it seems to get basically recognized and maybe even working. Does it work if you select the yuv420 format in the encoder settings? dxva2_vld seems to not be supported in this case.

The possibly most important page in the installer application: Select the plugin you want to install here. Otherwise it won't work! I'm currently working on a new plugin installation method for version 3.

Send your log file after when this issue happened please. Please also answer these questions: Did you perform a scene test of your created scene?Did it work? What version of the FFmpeg DLLs did you install? Note: Connectors are part of "Voukoder Classic"Voukoder Pro uses plugins. Don't mix anything between this two program versions. Make sure you installed the Adobe Premiere plugin in the installer

Yes. "Voukoder Pro" is a commercial / paid product now.

I have temporarily removed the official VEGAS Pro support of the plugin. This was necessary after many user complains some users didn't see the plugin. The installer still contains the plugin, but it might or might not work for you. Install it on your own risk. I'll keep you informed in this thread about any progress with this.
