Rendered footage comes out distorted and unusable AFTER EFFECTS

Hello, I have came across the issue where after rendering the footage using Voukoder it comes out distorted and stretched out. I have linked the screenshot of how it looks like on the timeline inside the project, how it gets exported and the log file below. Hoping to get some help, thanks

Thank you so much king I just tried and it works, any reason behind why adding 8 pixels makes it render normally lol?
