Voukoder Pro 2 requires the FFmpeg 7.1 DLLs in that directory and the environment variable pointing to it. Most easy is to use my prebuilt FFmpeg packages. The installer does all required steps.

Can you show me the files in the ffmpeg directory where you have installed it to?

Did you check if you really downloaded FFMpeg 7.1? It might have gotten confused with my preparations for the Voukoder Pro 2026 beta. It is the second in the download list.

To me it most likely might be the data transfer from premiere / the nle to voukoder pro. That means slight losses can happen, because the video gets always decompressed, send to voukoder pro and then recompressed. but this is the way each nle works. there is no way around it.

What version were you using before that VEGAS 23 update?

Yes, But the trial (demo) license is only valid for 14 days. That could also be the reason why it stopped working and you get the message now.

That explains it. It has been correctly installed, but no valid license key has been found. This is required for the encoding process. Did you purchase a license?

You can copy and paste the logfile in the message as text or you can add files to a message as file attachment when creating the response here. If the file type is not supported just ZIP the files.

@Henk Can you please share a log file of Voukoder Pro? Enter %localappdata%\VoukoderPro\Logs in the windows explorer to see them. It is possible the selected scene in your Vegas template is empty. You need to create a Voukoder Pro scene (Config) first. (See: Documentation: Quickstart [URL:https://www.voukoder.org/documentation/#3])

Did you select to install the Adobe Premiere Pro plugin in the installer?

Sorry, multiple audio tracks haven't been implemented yet to the Vegas plugins. I'll look into it.

Hello Noah, First to your questions: Yes, Apple Silicon (M-Series) CPUs are supported. I have developed the Voukoder Pro plugin on my M4 Mac Mini. Not that I know of. No, but MacOS 26 was not available when I developed the plugin. Same goes for the latest version of Premiere Pro. Please let me know your version of Premiere Pro so I can try to reproduce your issue.
