I installed both connectors and core. There's a .dll and .prm file. But not in Adobe directory. It is separated. Whatever, I opened AE but I don't see Voukoder R2 option. Any solution?

There is no connector for after effects yet. You could only export through media encoder until the AEX is finished.

Help to improve this plugin and support me on patreon or paypal. Thank you.

I also installed core and connector for PP. Files and folders are added in Program folder. But Voukoder is not showing up in PP as V2.2 did.

I am experiencing the same issue as Rushmed — I just installed the 2.3 core and PP connector, but it does not show up in PP as an option.

I solved it by manually copying the plugin from the Program Files\Voukoder folder into the Adobe common plugins folder.

Doesn't this manual step defeat the purpose of an msi-based installer?

    Which file did you copy?

    The Voukoder.dll?

VoukoderR2.prm is the export plugin (connector). It goes into C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

(I'm not sure about pre-CC versions though).

If your connector installation ran correctly, it should've installed the .prm in the correct folder.

There is an issue with the adobe installer unfortunately.

Short version: Update to Connector 1.0.1.

    Connector

Normally there should be a registry key like this:

    Code
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Premiere Pro\CurrentVersion

But if you have multiple versions of premiere installed (i.e. 2019 and 2020) and you uninstall one version it seems this key gets deleted in the adobe deinstallation process. This means the connector installer can't autodetect the target directory and it looks like this:

You have to change this path to the adobe shared plugin directory (In my case):

Otherwise the plugin can't be found.

I will try to find a workaround for this next week.

    Voukoder Core

The voukoder.dll should be installed to an independent directory (i.e. the default one). It gets registered as a COM server then. In the registry it should look like this :

Normally there is no need to copy it over to the adobe plugin directory.

Help to improve this plugin and support me on patreon or paypal. Thank you.

Version 1.0.1 of the premiere connector has a better auto detection of the install path.
