Profile level option not work on AMF HEVC

Hello. I tried Voukoder today and found it very easy to use. But there is a bug about the AMF HEVC encoder that is annoying. No matter what profile level I set, the final output video is profile level 6.2. I also tried to adjust the options next to it, but it didn't work. After viewing the log, I found that the level in the input parameters is also correct. In contrast, the AMF H.264 encoder can properly adjust the profile level.

This looks okay from the voukoder point of view. Did you try to do this directly with FFmpeg?

I tried hevc_amf with the latest ffmpeg then I get same wrong result.

BTW I know a transcoding tool called A's Video Converter that can also take advantage of AMF HEVC. It correctly adjusts the profile level and other parameters. But I don't know if it is also composed of ffmpeg.

So I don't know if the root of the problem comes from AMD driver or ffmpeg.

Thank you for your inspiration. I have fixed this ffmpeg bug and pulled request to FFmpeg.

I hope that Vuokoder will be able to follow up on this change in a future release.
