Where I can see a list of changes?

I have 2026.1.3 installed and I see that 2026.1.9 is available right now.

I clicked the clangelog link on download page, but there I can only see what new/changed in 2026 compared to previous bajor version.

Where can I find what changed from 2026.1.3 to 2026.1.9?
