Hello. I am using Adobe (AE, AME, PR) with Voukoder (Latest, not yet the Pro).I wanna write HEVC (Nvenc) with VBR. But no matter which Bitrate i fill in , its always write the Video with 11,3Mbits/s. you can see in the attachments. any knows whats wrong ?

It seems it has to do that both the bitrates and the cq parameter are set. I need to investigate and test this later.
