All of them are implemented already (for years).

Those works on old versions (Cool Edit/Audition 2), not the 2021 version.
New Audition plug-in formats are: .AMIO & .PRM.

Daniel, by looking at the post views of this post, you will realize how high the demand for Adobe Audition is and the users are thirsty for Voukoder plugin!
