It would be great if one could define specific folders for the temporary encoding files like .m4v and .aac files so that they can be placed on other drives than the destination. Thereby speeding up the multiplexing process at the end of the encoding. Like two seperate drives multiplexing to a third.
Just an idea for even more speed.

Voukoder does not multiplex at the end of encoding process.
It writes audio and video interleaved already.
If you have delays at the end make sure that "faststart" is not enabled.
