Why does it keep showing unable to use voukoder pro even though I installed the right version of ffmpeg? NEED HELP.

To help you I need at least some basic information? What versions are you using? What error is thrown? Whats in the Voukoder Pro log file? Did you check the troubleshooting section in the documentation?
