Hi. I'm trying to open Voukoder Pro, but have the following error :
I installed FFmpeg according to the documentation, but anyway every time I see this error. I reinstalled FFmpeg many times with the provided link, also I installed from the official website (and added the path variable), but I still have the error. What should I do to make it work?
Did you check if you really downloaded FFMpeg 7.1?
It might have gotten confused with my preparations for the Voukoder Pro 2026 beta. It is the second in the download list.
At the moment, I have this version of ffmpeg

Can you show me the files in the ffmpeg directory where you have installed it to?

Voukoder Pro 2 requires the FFmpeg 7.1 DLLs in that directory and the environment variable pointing to it. Most easy is to use my prebuilt FFmpeg packages. The installer does all required steps.
