Are you using Voukoder or VoukoderPro?
-
I used Voukoder all time and installed VoukoderPro today when Voukoder didn't want to work. Same problem

Please post a logfile from either Voukoder or the scene test from voukoderpro.

ThreadWhere do I find the log file?
Main log file
The main log file contains all log data for one single day:- Voukoder initialization
- All exported files
(Code, 1 line)
The files are named by the ISO date (yyyy-mm-dd).log:
Export specific log file
If you have "Create log next to the export file" enabled you can also find it - well ... - next to the exported file. This log file contains only the export relevant information.
Low level debugging
Sometimes its neccessary…VoukApril 20, 2020 at 2:57 PM -
It's quite strange, but both versions worked. I created a new scene in VoukoderPro (I had to figure it out) and it rendered, and after that the usual Voukoder also started rendering. Reboot PC and all ok. Before I reboot PC too but didn't work. In log file at begin is some problem to file access amfrt64.dll

From what I can see the video resolution looks strange:
1059x1045
Most encoders only work with even resolutions where width and height have to be dividable by 4 or 8.
-
Hm. Its video exported from Photoshop.
AME Encoded this video to 1058x1044 by included MP4 codec.
-
You are right. It's all about resolution of the video. Thank you. I will check now. I thought that the Adobe software must-do everything correctly, but now I will know
