Hello. I think it would be nice and easy to add 4:2:2 10 bit option (-pix_fmt y210le) for HEVC QSV in both apps. It's the only hw encoder which can do it on windows.

I've added that format to voukoder and voukoderpro.
It'll be available in the next versions.
