To my knowledge the GTX 1650 doesn't support interlaced encoding anymore.

Unfortunately 2-pass encoding has not been implemented yet in the DVR connector.
-
Please update to the premiere connector 1.11.0.
-
The minimum frame size is currently 320x240. In premiere (h264) it is defined as 16x16. I can set it to 16x16 as well but I can't guarantee every encoder in voukoder works with this minimum values.

Just select a bitrate based "strategy". Then the options will appear.
-
BM added the possibility to also add audio encoder plugins to DVR Studio. Up to now Voukoder had to use the DVR audio encoders and the audio section in voukoder was basically ignored.
Are there some volunteers willing to test a new DVR connector regarding this matter?
Note: Voukoder can currently only export Mono, Stereo and 5.1. All other formats result in an error message.
Please provide feedback.

Please choose either 16 or 32 bit audio. 24 bit is unfortunately not supported right now.

Alright, but this version should not have this issue anymore:

You're welcome.
btw: Received a hotfix and preparing 11beta2 now.
Edit: Please try beta2: https://github.com/Vouk/voukoder/…der-11beta2.msi

Many people use Voukoder because modern NLEs don't support older GPUs anymore, but yes, with the Voukoder successor I will also support modern GPU features.
-
This is actually not FFmpeg related, but rather the NVIDIA SDK being used. I am using currently 9.1 to support even older GPUs. I'd need to use version 10 to activate new features, but that'd mean to stop supporting older GPUs.

Is Premiere freezing / crashing for anyone else when pressing on Export (File), or is it just me?
Latest connector for Premiere is installed of course.
It has been identified as a bug in Intels VPL library. I am waiting for a fix and deliver an update asap. (Thats why 11 is still considered as beta)

NVENC will not work for you, but all other encoders will work.
-
-
I can confirm that. It's working again.
-
Edit: Found the reason. It has to do with the included version of FFmpeg.
-
Your GPU does not support NVENC.
