Feedback problem: A770 graphics card underutilized at just 60%

Dear Author, PC A is a 4060ti (8g) when exported with ME rendering, the graphics card is utilized at 100%.
Computer B is A770 (16G), when exporting with ME rendering, the graphics card utilization is only 60%.
How can I increase the utilization of my graphics card?

It is most likely a bottleneck issue. Your NLE is the limit, it doesn't deliver enough fps to the GPU.

I guess your CPU is at 100% too.

Thanks for replying. However, my cpu utilization is not at 100% but 40%-50%, is my bottleneck the cpu? Right now it's i5-13500, need to boost cpu, right?
