After installation the voukoder didn't appear in Adobe After Effects!

Hello! I was following the instructions, downloaded and installed 2 components: the main one and for Adobe After Effects. After that i restarted my PC and open the programm Adobe After Effects. When i try to render my project,in section Format- there is no option to select Voukoder. Need the help how i can fix it. Thank u!

I remember the installation requires manually placing connector plugin into "Plug-Ins\Common" folder under correlated progian (After FX in this case).
