To my knowledge the GTX 1650 doesn't support interlaced encoding anymore.

Yes, indeed, it's interlacing. It used to bug me a lot as to why that error showed up.
I believe the error should be more clear and say "This GPU is not compatible with interlacing encoding. nvidia: 600series to 900series are compatible. AMD: (models here). If you still have to do this, please use CPU encoding. Ortherwise, make sure to change your timeline(s) to progressive field order."
