Korean Thanksgiving food, also called Chuseok food, is typically much richer and more diverse than what is typically served in America. Dishes like rice cakes, roasted meats, and various vegetable side dishes are all common. Many of these dishes are meant to be shared family-style, and they are often served with alcoholic beverages like soju or makgeolli.
