Hi Vouk, when I select a scene and hit the "Open Scene Designer..." button to launch the designer, the designer does not open the scene. Is this a bug?
Yes, it is a bug and will get fixed in the next version.

AfterEffects is working on RGB colours while almost all video encoders work on YUV(A) colours. A lossy conversion is necessary in this case. There is also a hack included that transforms 16bit colours to 15bit and throws the most significant bit away. It's always lossy unfortunately.
If someone has an idea on how to improve this please let me know. (maybe use YUV in AE?)

So why do you still care about Voukoder Pro? Just don't use it and ignore it!

Then use a different tool.

You might want to try holding CTRL+SHIFT on VEGAS Pro startup an clear the plugin cache. Maybe that helps.
But this is a VEGAS Pro issue.

I have just added the connector for VEGAS Pro 22 to the Voukoder download section.

Out of curiosity: Is anybody using SRT in your editing workflow / previz / etc?
-
Just use any other h264/h265 codec. Maybe even those which are accelerated by your GPU.
-
the whole scene creator thing is new and unusual
Yes, but is much more flexible than the old method.
Are x264 and x265 in this list?
No. They are incompatible with the new license.

I'm checking this ...
Edit: This is what I've got from Magix: "VEGAS Effects is a discontinued product and will no longer be sold when VEGAS Pro 22 is released. "

All possible encoders are available in the next version.

Fixed in the next release!
