I have installed the proper files. The config and plug in for Voukoder Pro are in the proper places. Voukoder still does not show up for rendering. Can someone provide some advice?

Sorry for all the changes but I don't know what is wrong. When I go to Render and click on video, Voukoder is not there, nor is it in any list to the right. If I go to over ride project setting, it is a choice but when I choose it a Sony format is listed not Voukoder. Actually don't know what this overide is for.
Does anyone have this working and what I am I doing wrong?
