Dear Voukoder Support,
I am encountering a consistent and critical issue with Voukoder Pro when exporting any project in Adobe Premiere Pro version 25 and Adobe Media Encoder. The problem occurs with every encoder type, not just NVENC. I have tested multiple encoding formats including hevc_nvenc, h264_nvenc, libx264, and libx265 — all result in immediate export failure.
What I’ve Tried:
- Deleted all custom scenes and started fresh using the Simple export mode
- Tried both video-only and audio-only exports
- Exported from Adobe Premiere Pro 25 and Adobe Media Encoder
- Changed renderer settings to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only
- Updated NVIDIA GPU drivers (tried both Studio and Game Ready)
- Switched between AAC, PCM, and other audio encoders
- Set different file output paths and file names
- Reinstalled Voukoder Pro and its Adobe Connector

This issue seems to occur regardless of encoding settings or scene configuration. Even the most basic test exports using default presets fail the same way. I am unable to complete any exports using Voukoder Pro under these conditions.
Please let me know how to proceed or if there are logs or diagnostic steps you would like me to provide. I appreciate your support as this issue is blocking my ability to use the software.
