Yes, 6.1rc2 is actually the latest version. I renamed the first 6.1 to 6.1rc1 after still haing issues there. Sorry for the confusion.

The issue with NVENC not being available has been fixed in 6.1rc2.
Did you try version 6.1rc2?

The strange thing is this error (that the list of encoders is empty) just occurs to a few users only. Looks like the data from the resources files is missing after the initialization.

I'll look into this things when I have time for doing it. I usually work on voukoder when i am finished with my day job which is 8-9 hours a day or maybe on a weekend. And even then, i prioritize things. Fixing 6.1rc2 will be next before doing anything new.
If you want to have something faster you have two options:
- Request a custom (paid work) version
- Look at the code yourself if you are a programmer. It is open source.
Edit regarding OBS: You could also ask the OBS team to implement the voukoder interface similar of how i did it with VirtualDub. Maybe they're interested in it too. The we don't need a OBS plugin.

I'll look into this (regarding feasability) soon, but don't expect an OBS plugin anytime soon. Work has not even started yet.

The initial forum post is about not being able to encode with a constant bitrate. So now the issue is something completely different and the encoders are not populated at all?
And, It's normal to come out like an image file, right?

Please delete all voukoder presets and maybe even the premiere plugin cache and try again.

It has to do with the new default settings FFmpeg is using for the nvenc encoders.
I need to build a new version of voukoder to fix this.

As Voukoder is using FFmpeg internally to encode the video I'd ask you to try reproduce this FFmpeg.exe on the command line.

Does anybody else have issues with 6.1 and VEGAS?

You might startup VEGAS with having the CTRL+SHIFT keys pressed. This flushes the plugin caches.
If it still fails please send a log with having "low level debugging" enabled. What version of VEGAS are you using?

It seems VEGAS sends interlaced video to voukoder. You might want to check your project settings.

RTX GPUs don't support interlaced video anymore.

Kleinrotti want's to run 6.1 in the Debugger with an old Kepler GPU. Hopefully we finds something. Otherwiese I'll buy an old GPU on ebay.
