Hi, I tried to reproduce the issue (Error Code 3 when exporting in After Effects with Voukoder Pro), but the folder at %LOCALAPPDATA%\VoukoderPro\ is empty and there is no logs folder. So it seems Voukoder Pro is not generating any logfiles on my system. Do you have any idea why no logs are created, or how I can enable logging so I can share more details with you? Thanks!

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with Voukoder Pro in After Effects. Every time I try to export a composition using Voukoder Pro, I get this error: […] I already tried reinstalling Voukoder Pro (latest version), but the error still happens. The connector is installed and “Voukoder Pro” appears as an export option, but the render always fails with the same error. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hi Vouk, I just wanted to apologize for my previous message where I mentioned that the plugin wasn’t working. It turns out the issue was on my side — I hadn’t followed the installation steps correctly. After redoing the process properly, everything works as expected. Thank you for your great work on Voukoder and for making such a useful tool available to the community! AND SORRY!

Hello Vouk, I downloaded VoukoderPro for After Effects 2023 on Windows, but it doesn’t connect. I also downloaded FFmpeg and tried several things, but the problem persists and it still won’t connect. Could you please help me understand what I might be doing wrong or how to fix this issue? Thank you very much!
