Contrary to popular belief, PCM is allowed in a MP4 container but nobody knows about it so it never gets implemented.
That is because MP4 is a variation MOV which allows for PCM. According to Wikipedia, it could also accept FLAC and ALAC which was added to the format in 2018. However, if you really need PCM, you'd much rather go for the MOV…

However, the version I found had the main program and the following connectors:
Premiere Pro v1.13.0
After Effects v0.10.0
Vegas 12 to 17, v1.5.0
Vegas 18, v1.7.1
Vegas 19, v1.7.1
Vegas 20, v1.7.1
Vegas 21, v1.7.1
Windows only.
I do not know if anyone else has uploaded the Mac program and connectors. I did not check much as I only needed Windows and Premiere.
