The "Designer..." button is gray and cannot be clicked in After Effects in 2024/2022. Is it a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

It's great to see that Voukoder Classic has multi-language support, so will Voukoder Pro have additional language support in the next version? Especially support for Chinese language. Thanks.
