Implementing this ...
I would like to use the "zscale" filter for this, but i have compilation issues with it.
Does anyone know how to archieve this with the standard "scale" filter?
i.e. spline36 would be "scale=w=3840:h=2160:flags=spline:param0=?:param1=?"
I don't have a clue what these param values should be set to.
Very nice!
When can we expect a release and did you test the performance impact with the scaling filter?
Do you know which filter adobe premiere uses natively for upscaling?
This article is old but maybe informations are always accurate :
I thought PP always use bicubic for rendering on gpu... Am I wrong?

I will try to implement some more features and fix some bugs first. At least the "Match source" issue.
The filter itself does not affect the performance alot. But it's a rescaling filter. So if you rescale from 1080p to 2160p it will approx. slow down encoding 4 times. But that is obvious because it has to encode 4 times more pixels.
